OT: Fridays can be such a rollercoaster ride

Good-Boss handed me a pay check. We get paid every 2 weeks,I lost track and thought payday was next week.

Bad-I go to the bank after work, cash my check, and my car won't start when I try to head home.

Bad-I have to pay to get it towed to my mechanic

Good-Tow costs only $62. I give him $70 and say have a 6 pack on me as he let me ride with him as my mechanic is 5 minutes walk from my house

Good-I stop at the bar across the street for a beer and this guy comes in selling Angus Beef. I buy 8 rib eye steaks for $30

Bad-cost to repair car....$300

I know whet you mean. All hell broke loose in my company Tuesday. Three hours of meetings later, plus the owner of my company laughing that in 15 years he hes never seen me angry before, and I start to feel better. Then yesterday I am happy its Friday, happy its payday and just generally in a good mood. Then a phone call at 3 pm once again convinces me how screwed up things are and how I think we will be screwed very soon.
