OT: Carrier "Classic"

North Carolina vs. Michigan State in the first ever college basketball game to take place on a vessel of war.

Strikes me as more appropriate to have it be Army/Navy, but then again, nobody would watch that game, so whatever. It also strikes me that a boat is a really stupid place to play basketball, but whatever. Also, it's not March, so this game doesn't interest me all that much, but still, I'd like to hear what everyone else thinks.

It just strikes me as really gimmicky. I mean, I can understand a hockey game in a bigger baseball or football stadium. The concept of mixing basketball and boats just seems weird.

(I only watched the first 10 minutes or so, which included the lowering of the colors).
