I was just watching one of The Waltons Thanksgiving episodes. I forgot how great that show was. This is the one where John-Boy has a p-orn addiction.
The scene where his sister yells up the stairs "John-boy do you have the masking tape up there?" and he answers "I am not!" was great TV.

At Thanksgiving my brother and I were talking about Chad Ochocinco and had to explain the name to my aunt. Basically how he liked the number, wanted to be called that, so he changed his name to that.

My aunt just called a family Zoom meeting to announce that she's changing her name to Barb Sesenta-y-nueve.

My wife's grandparents were Dutch and moved to Houston in their 30s. By the time I met her opa his Dutch accent was still very strong and he used many Dutch words, but also had a bit of a twang and used Texas phrases. It was great talking to him.

Fantastic guy. The first time I went to meet her family I was a bit nervous and riding in a car with about 7 people I didn't know. He started pointing out strip clubs and giving me his reviews of them. Pretty but don't show much, too expensive, really friendly dancers etc. About 5 women embarrassingly yelled "Opa!" in unison. It was great.

I cannot wait for the release of Shrek 5! I love movies where just dropping slightly outdated pop references count as jokes! There not getting it, it's not clocking to the writers! Write a better script. Or make the existing one better, you know polish it - spit on that thing!
