the first Grey Cup was awarded in 1909.The CFL reminds me of Pro Beach Rollerhockey (the one with the ramps behind the goals). A true bastardization of a good sport.
I assume the play would have been challenged had it gone the other way.im a little confused by this one ... I was out of the loop this weekend so i dont know if this was brought up
are my eyes deceiving me? Argo #88 jumps and stops the ball from going through the end zone ... LANDS ON HIS FEET OUT OF BOUNDS
then picks up the ball and kicks it ... isnt this illegal participation
Article 8 – Illegal Participation
A player of either team, who goes Out of Bounds, except as a result of bodily contact,
must remain out of that play

we're comfortable with our history. and bigger balls.
Oh, I know. I went to Sacramento Gold Miners games as a kid. The CFL is still Canada's take on American Football. Sure it has much more of a history (and validity) than the abortion that was Pro Beach Hockey (maybe the RHI would have been a better comparison). And yes it technically grew from Rugby on its own. Which explains some of the 'odd' rules. But the games evolution has a some big similarities to the American game.
And as far as the bigger balls go, just wait until your players start taking the massive level of steriods that made Bill Romanowski a success.
Art was talking to one Rider player and the player said "its the most fun Ive had playing pro football ... the cheque aint very fun though" lmao
I have no idea what the hell just happened in that video, but it looked exciting.
