ORM® Power Rankings

[Comeds]

Here they are for first week of November, the ORM® power rankings. Recent policy changes continue - minor complaints are allowed and encouraged. Still relatively few games so far this year the ORM® doesn't have a lot to go on so there really is not much difference between 10th and 30th place. Except for the Devils and Ducks, they suck.

This weeks rankings are dedicated to Bossman, sorry the Sabres are not higher.

I don't know how there are 6 teams worse than the Isles right now. I seriously doubt it will last. However Edmonton will certainly battle it out with them all year.

I got this in the mail about 3 years ago and it has been hanging on my desk ever since. So I doubt I will tire of the Oktoberfest girls.

With Parise having exploratory surgery & their defense in shambles we might have a shot.

The two Isles games I watched in the last week I thought they played pretty well. The second Habs game I think the Isles were the better team for a good bit of the game.

They aren't going to win many games without 3 of their top 6 defensemen. Roloson should be starting most of the games. Dipietro hasn't been playing well of late. My biggest concern for the future is in fact Dipietro. The Isles have two stud goalies playing in Bridgeport (AHL) & one kid playing very well in Sweden. Ricky's contract is going to be an issue.

I don't think that's going to be necessary. The fact that he's healthy right now was completely unexpected. The Islanders thought Nathan Lawson would be Roloson's backup this year. Lawson is splitting time with Koskinen & Poulin in the AHL right now. That's why at some point Roloson is probably going to be trade bait. He's in the final year of his contract & come deadline time when the Islanders are out of it Snow will try to trade him to a contender.
