Draymond Green getting hurt and not playing in the 4th qtr. didn't help....but the Dubs committed waaay too many turnovers. 17 for the game....Durant had 8 of them. Not good.

Gotta give Houston credit though for sticking around and pulling it out in a very tough place for visiting teams.

Welp, season's over! I was thinking 82-0 but it's looking like 0-82 at this point.

But on a serious note, Nick Young is not the guy you keep feeding to be hot down the stretch for the 4th. I don't care what he's shooting. Curry and Durant need their looks the entire game. They got caught up in that show and it did them in at the end.

Game of microseconds man. Durant was late by like a tenth of a second

How bad is Draymond hurt?

How bad is Draymond hurt?

Landed awkwardly after a driving to the basket with a few seconds to go in the 3rd.....he got fouled on the play, made both his FT's....he then walked to the locker room without any help at the end of the 3rd qtr. showing a slight hobble.
They're saying it's a mild to medium knee sprain...but they'll know more later tonight or tomorrow.

The game was a lot more classy and interesting when Draymond went down.

I never root for injuries, but I can’t stand that guy. He’s on the best team in the league with tons of all stars and he yells at the ref non stop, it’s a joke.

Hold your horses bud

As much as I hate the guy and as much as I hate to admit it, the rockets probably came back and won because Draymond got hurt.

I know travelling and palming are everywhere in the NBA... so I'm not really preaching here.

But how the heck are you supposed to guard LeBron James if he is allowed to get away with crap like this?:

Eh. 1 step, then jump stop, then pivot. Think it's fine. Jump stop isn't super clean, so you could call it based on his feet not coming down perfectly together.

KG and Candace Parker had an argument on this very move... Can you pivot like that after a jump stop? KG was adamant that it was legal, Parker thought it was a travel. I don't honestly know the official rule.

^ This is a generous interpretation. Even after the jump stop pivot (which is dubious by itself) with one full step before, he picked up his pivot foot before the shot.

That was flat out dirty.

I was always taught it was called a "jump stop" for a reason.

But yeah, yeah... I know violations like these are ubiquitous in the NBA and it's to the point where no one even knows what a violation is anymore...

... this one irked me more because it was a crucial point in the game.

Well this was my original thought - he would be back at the end of reg season.
Dislocated ankle, broken tibia and ligament damage...

The Cavs also had 17 TO's, can't win games like that. But the W's also shot pretty damn good and Nick Young went 6-7 from 3 and had 23 lmao. This is also a game where Paul had 4 points and sat out crunchtime, can't remember the last time CP3 had that many points. Houston looks good though

CP3 also sat out due to hurt knee.

The 4 fouls he committed in 12 minutes notwithstanding, Jordan Bell didn't play like a rookie per se, and looked pretty decent in the time he was on the floor last night.

He's gonna be a good swingman type player for the dubs down the road.

* Iguodala was also missed. Hopefully he'll return soon.
