Now I'm sure that no team practiies can take place during this time and that most players are taking vacations but when they are home in Philly are they allowed to do what they did over the lock-out and rent rink time in order to skate and run player practices? Also do they have access to the teams facilities like gyms and mediccal staff to deal with any nagging injuries?

I don't think any of the players are going to do that - they're going to take at least a week off and then on the 19th they come back for practices

And no I don't think they have any access to the facilities until the 19th
