Can't have enough crafty lefties in middle relief. IF ya need to face a rightie batter and get an out or two, Ollie can still get that done. Is he worth 2+ mil/year, ask his manager at the end of the year.

Perez has been solid as a reliever the past two years. With how expensive left handed specialists are these days it's not a bad signing at all.

Perez isn't much as a starter anymore obviously, but he is a good reliever. His stuff is still pretty good, and he doesn't have to stretch it out anymore. He can be more aggressive, and it's made him a better pitcher.

Solid lefty in middle relief.
