Same here. Would love to move Reiff to RT for a year while Ola gets more reps in practice. Can send Reiff packing if he does not keep his salary demands reasonable next year.

I also do not trust trying to draft an O-line early in the draft.

Absolutely. When one or more of these players become too expensive to fit under the cap, and the Lions have to let them walk, it's nice to have their replacement ready to take over. If your personnel moves only look to the next season, it will continue to be the boom and bust cycle that you've seen with the Lions of late.

I like his talent, but he has misses an average of 4 games per season and commits a lot of penalties. He doesn't really seem like an upgrade over Reiff either, but at least we would have solid O tackles for once
