Doubt it will be. Big Ten doesn't seem to want to let in schools that don't fit in academically. No offense intended to the Sooners, but I don't think they would disagree if I said there school was more famous for athletics than for academics.

Not so sure about that.

Nebraska is now the worst member in the B10 by a decent margin, and they aren't an AAU school either.

Why take them and not OU/Ok. State?

Why do people think OU isn't known for academics? Overall yes, they're ranked 104th but if you breakdown the rankings of individual majors they rank much better than most make them out too be.

Pac-16 with Oklahoma Sooners, Texas Longhorns being discussed, source says - ESPN

Larry Scott in Texas - not meeting with OU or Texas. Basically made the same statement that the SEC made. Not looking to expand but will listen to schools if they call. LHN is a stumbling block. Nothing new there except the not meeting with UT or OU.

T. Boone Pickens - says he doesn't see the Big 12 lasting much longer and thinks OSU will eventually join the Pac. He says within 5 years.

Missouri - disappointed and surprised by Boren's comments. He thought everyone was committed to the Big 12.

as far as oklahoma state goes, i think nebraska is the better between the two for big 10. when it comes to oklahoma or nebraska, that's a toss up.
just my 2 cents worth.
