Big 12 is more likely to raid the pac 12 then Texas and ou going somewhere. Pac 12 is in deep ####, money isn't good and they're missing the playoffs far too often. Arizona & Arizona state, come on down.
"way to often" missed 3 of 5 has a playoff win.
Big 12 missed 2 of 5 no wins.

Anyway, I think both would look good in the BIG west and BIG realigns a few of its west scrubs to the east to balance out

I'm sure Nebraska would love to have TX and OK in their conference division.

I’d rather stay in the big12 than go West. There is nothing appealing about playing at 9:00 at night to half empty stadiums.

Actually there is more truth to your statement than you even realized …

and yes I know you are trying to poke fun at Iowa …

for the record all teams avg over half capacity. UCLA had 2 under half. everyother game was over half capacity.

You're just making stuff up at this point. The big 12 can offer more money, and as we've seen money drives these decisions. BYU is a no go due to them not playing sports on Sundays.

Not making stuff up. Just looking ahead at the most realistic possibilities.

No its a true statement proving him wrong. I honestly dont care about other team

It actually doesn’t though. Since you proved there were half empty stadiums. I didn’t say every stadiumwas half full every week.

And there ya have it, ripe for the pickin..

This is why I think the Big 12 could be the hunter if they go west. No chance Texas/ou would go west themselves and take less money to travel further.

This is why I think the Big 12 could be the hunter if they go west. Could be. But there's less to be taken than you might imagine. No chance Texas/OU would go west themselves and take less money to travel further. This is true; but the Big 12 would do better to go east.

There's a particular Pacific Coast mindset that will make all the coastal teams hang together, and the Arizona teams have become so immersed in that over the years that they will be hard to pry away, as well. So that only leaves the newbies - Colorado & Utah - as being ripe for the picking.

Would the Big 12 even want Colorado back? Would they want Utah without a travel partner? It all points to going east if the league decides it wants to expand. Central Florida & South Florida would be their best bets because it gives the league two up-and-coming teams in one of the best recruiting areas of the nation. Utah & Colorado bring next-to-nothing in recruiting value, and their inclusion would stretch the league into another time zone.

Go east, young man!
