Let’s hear it boys. Sox can’t possibly be worse than last year, right?!
Machado seems like the perfect player for the Sox. He brings the scumbag mentality the last 100 fans yearn for.
Machado fake news rumor being at the Bears game with Reinsdorf was lol.
It was almost like Clemens being in Steinbrenner’s bawx a while back, but fake as shit.
"GOODNESS GRACIOUS! ROGER CLEMENS IS IN GEORGE STEINBRENNER'S BOX..."
This thread sucks lol
Hey now, there aren't too many Sox fans out there. Give this some time. Long term play here my friend.
I am the king of long threads...next time try a shock title
Like Chicago Whitesox won the last 3 out 4 world series...
White Sox Sign Shitty Player
Great season for this thread, since it's the 100th anniversary of the greatest season in White Sox history.
Didn’t even realize the White Sox had fans. I thought the only people who attended White Sox games couldn’t get into Wrigley.
I remember you. You’re the moron that said Edgar Martinez was a better hitter than Frank Thomas and everyone pointed out what a retard you are.
If the Sox somehow got to the World Series this year and threw it, that would be a vast improvement. I’d take that.
Tricky Nicky Mads is going to strike a blow for the Lollipop Guild
It's irrational but he's going to instantly be my favourite player in MLB the day he's called up. I just love watching that guy play ball.
ZiPS is... not optimistic.
2019 ZiPS Projections – Chicago White Sox
At least Jiminez projects for a 133 OPS+.
White Sox signed RHP Ervin Santana to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training.
Bruce Levine of WSCR-AM and 670thescore.com says Santana will make $4.33 million if in the majors. Santana, 36, was limited to just five starts last season while battling nagging finger issues. The veteran was an All-Star in 2017, though, when he posted a 3.28 ERA across 33 starts. If healthy -- which, admittedly, looks like a big "if" at this point -- he should have a good chance to capture the final spot in the White Sox' rotation. Dylan Covey and Manny Banuelos will be his primary competitors.
Forever mired in mediocrity at best.
‘Optimism’. I believe that’s the name of an old wooden ship from the Civil War era.
Separate names with a comma.
