Pretty weak field this year. I say Rex has a better shot than Taylor would... Taylor doesn't even run anymore... and when he does he isn't the same guy.

Martinez barely missed out on the 1k/1k club last year. If the offensive line is improved ...........

And I had a bad high ankle once. It was more than a year before it felt normal. I thought it was going to be bad for life. Those fucking things can just take a while. I'm not gonna go bet a bunch of money, but I'm hopeful he's 100% this season.

while i think Rex has a better chance than Taylor (naturally), i think the biggest reason for Taylor's rushing stats being down this year, were due to the lack of depth at QB behind him...i think he will be closer to the 1000-1100yard mark this year

Crowell is too injured and has too much competition to get the Heisman this year. I don't see how Martinez is on this list. If he gets the Heisman I will change my username to "Tmajicputsitinmybutt"

I will say this, however.........if either Landry Jones or Taylor Martinez has a pretty decent season, both will be right there.

Both of these guys have been hyped up by the media too much, and that plays the biggest part in getting in the Heisman discussion.

No worse than a 1-loss season, and decent stats for Taylor, will end up having him right there in the discussion.........jest because of the love the media has for him from those first 5 games he had as a Freshman.

Yes, on the hype thing...and they also love a good catchy nickname. Wish he was Tyran Mathieu type odds, I'd prolly drop 50 on it just for kicks.
