There's talks about the Nats being sellers, but I'd be shocked. They've owned the Marlins, and a 4 game sweep isn't out of the picture.

The Braves are already in free fall mode, and I'm still not sold on the Phillies either. I'd be shocked if they gave up on the season considering the teams that are ahead of them.

Their window is closed after this year, but they still have a shot this year.

My thoughts are it all around doesn’t do much for them.

1. Still contenders
2. Gives you no shot to resign him
3. His value is at its lowest. Bad performance and 2 month rental.
4. If he walks. The comp draft picks might be similar to anything you get in trade.

They need to be WOWED in my opinion
