7.7 mag earthquake off the coast of British Columbia. ETA first wave 10:28 pm Hawaii time. No estimated wave heights, evacuating all low coastal areas now, gas stations are nuts, local walmart is hectic. Pray for us.

I didn't feel anything here on Vancouver Island...

Didn't feel it here either dash (although there was a small quake here). A tsunami warning was issued for here, too, although I doubt anything would ever happen here.

Global showed people coming out of a movie theater in langley saying they felt it and half the moviegoers walked out becayse they thought the movie was giving them vertigo

Looks like all is well.
However I did notice the Tsunami route signs on the way to church this morning. Funny in Laguna Beach. A little more real in Hawaii.

*back story, his mom, a native Hawaiian, lives on the water in a tiny, tiny home (leeward side of Oahu) that hoarders would love to visit, (she is the sweetest lady ever, but a little out there for sure)
Both times I've visited her at her place she was wearing only a bra above the waist (don't get excited, 70+ yrs old)
