Thinking of catching a game at Citi sometime this season, @yoga≈surfing. HAven't been out there since 2015. That was a great team.

NL pennant winning team.

I have yet to make it back there for a game at Citi field.
Used to go to Shea all the time when I lived in NY.
Now when I do go to visit family etc...it's usually just during the holidays.

My old man took me to Shea when I was a kid. It's why I'm a Mets fan in addition to a White Sox fan.

My dad took me, my brother & sister to our 1st game in 1966 when I was 11 years old. They beat the Pirates. Been a Mets fan ever since. We'd also go to Yankee games too once in a while in the Bronx...but we lived in Nassau County, and I always preferred Shea stadium.
The Mets were only in their 5th year of existence at that time. Damn.

Love seeing the young guys come through last night. Pete Alonso, my God. If he can keep this up we may have to start shopping Dom Smith.
He’s a good looking rookie.
So glad they finally decided to give him his shot in the bigs.
It’s been paying off. He’s now become a fan favorite.
