One thing about all star games, it doesn’t show what a QB can do at all. They are not operating their system, it isn’t their WRs, and it isn’t their OL.

Practice in the Senior Bowl means more than the game.

I thought Jones looked decent.

But others are right. It's 1 quarter of an exhibition game - let's not base are evaluations off just that.

The concerning part however is that this seems to be a weak class no matter how you come to your evaluations.

i think lock is a good qb , i think jones will take longer to develop

if lock or haskins are there at 15 i would consider grabbing them

what will be telling is what happens with foles and flacco

i think lock and haskins can be good nfl starters as can jones (with time ) finley looks like an AS type guy , jackson could develop

greir is a career BU

it just isnt last years class

if lock ore haskins drops to us i pull the trigger on them . if not i go to plan B

I'm not gonna get excited for a shot at an ok QB.

We need a franchise QB.

If you are drafting to please the fans, you do not take a QB at 15. You wait until 2020, because true fans want to see an actual plan and not fear.

How exactly do NFL personnel folks - let alone fans - know exactly who is & who isn't a "franchise QB"? This is not an exact science & college play & measurables do not always help predict who will be a good NFL QB. Lots of examples of that in the NFL - Brady, Brees, Wilson & others.

We will see.

Well you could be right, but consider who is making the selection in this case. It is not necessarily about what the true fans want but rather the perception of what the fans want, or - even worse - the idea of making some type of big splash this offseason & not having the patience to wait till 2020.

Actually both are better than your current starting QB.

Hell, I'm better than our current starting QB and I've owned an AARP membership for over 20 years!:D
