I dunno man. Y'all are falling further behind financially every year and you're already in a pretty deep hole and stuck in a 2nd tier conference. IMO, its not just a question of "if only we find the right coach". Its not like it was 50 years ago. Y'all need a major cash infusion AND y'all need to get into the B1G.

Otherwise, if you can't keep up in the facilities, coaching salary and NIL arms race, good coaches you do hire and good players you do find will simply go elsewhere. You'll essentially be a farm team for the big dogs. That's what everybody who doesn't have a lot of money is afraid of.

Even at UF we are grumbling because we're somewhere around #8 - #10 in NIL. In the SEC that means there are 4 or 5 programs ahead of you.
