The Flyers are banged up, and sport 8-12 rookies on any given night. Plus, until we see which Ilya Bryzgalov shows up, who knows where we stand in net.
My 2 cents: The top lines even each other out, the Pens have better second line scoring, the Flyers are deeper when you get to forwards 8-12. THey have the best defenseman (letang) in the series, but 1-6 the Flyers are better. Goaltending could go either way. So could coaching. So could officiating.

i prefer it when experts pick against philly year in and year out. underdog mentality is always better and usually philly does better when they aren't predicted to do much of anything. look at 2 years ago. look at 08. both years where no one gave them a fighting chance and they went deep. look at the phillies in 08. no one gave them much respect, look what they did. i like it when they pick against us and i think the players like it too. gives them even more motivation to prove people wrong.
