I'm not wondering, theres been times where it seems like hes not in to the game out there. Even during the last game. Hes already been demoted dropped a line so if he needs another message sit him tonight and have him rested for tomorrow.

uh sure but Kovy's been involved in most of the good plays this year by us. He just hasn't scored a ton.

He was lucky to be where he was to score the goal in Buffalo, but hasnt done much besides that. He should be sitting.

I know that everyone looks at Ilya like he's jesus returned but he has this infuriating way of not playing the body of opposing players. Sure, he's scored two good goals, but what he's doing now needs to be corrected. He played much better last season than he has thus far. Of course, maybe I'm just reading into it too much and he's actually just sick or something.

Oh i absolutely aren't one of those people. I like him but haven't been as high as most on him. BUT i just think what was the point in signing him if Macleans gonna sit him? i mean unless like you said he's either sick or did something that's deserved of it i don't think you should just sit the guy for not dominating immediately. We know he's defensively a liability that's somethin we gotta live with i think.

I dont like him, I still dont want him. But hes not sitting because hes not dominating, hes sitting because it just seems like his head isnt in the game sometimes. After I got home from opening night I was trying to figure out how he had 2 points, both even strength, and still finished -2. I thought he played fine that well, but then that could be because I wasnt paying much attention to him, but looking at the last games there were times where he was trying to shake the entire Canadiens team, while we were winning, there was no need for that. He should sit a game or two until he ready to play since Parise didnt rub off on him.
