This dude pretending to be a chick said to Ben Shapiro on television with his hand on Shapiro's neck, "You'd better cut that out, or you'll be going home in an ambulence." That is assault & battery.
He also said he would "curb stomp" Shapiro and threatened him again on Twitter.
Shapiro filed a police report to make a point that people shouldn't get away with that kind of dumbass behaviour, and The DA essentially told Shapiro that he can't do anything because Tur is a member of a "victimized minority."
Every day, we see more and more examples of you liberals' hypocrisy. You circle the wagons for people who commit crimes as long as they are fellow leftists (see Hillary Clinton, see Eric Holder & the New Black Panthers) or people the left pretends to care about. You're truly sick, backwards people.
