Does he kick the flag as far as he can, while another Ref runs over and tries to kick it back, before another Ref decides to pick it up and put it under his hat, before the QB can get back to his car and get his Anne Murray CD?

If the total distance of the flag traveled farther than half the length of the field minus the weight of the Prime Minister, then it is determined that no one has any idea what the hell they are doing in that sport, and just make shit up as they go.
