NHL Playoff Picks - Stanley Cup Final

Each round we'll make picks for the series and there will be a point system for it

The Final series is the Lightning vs. Blackhawks

There is a twist for the Finals, there will be a specific point system tailored towards gaining a huge amount of points if you can make specific predictions correctly:

If you pick the following correctly, you get this extra amount(team AND number of games):
Tampa or Chicago in 4 Games - 40 points
Tampa or Chicago in 5 Games - 35 points
Tampa or Chicago in 6 Games - 25 points
Tampa or Chicago in 7 Games - 10 points

If you pick the right team but not the right number of games, you only get 15 points

Example: If you pick Tampa or Chicago in 4 games and get the team AND the number of games correct, then not only do you get the 15 points for picking the team correctly, but you get an extra 40 points for picking it correctly in 4 games

Because most people aren't going to win if it's the same point system as the previous rounds

This point system for the Final is a way of giving people more of a chance - it's not like most people have a great chance to win anyway, so why not go off the board - if you get it right, great, if not, you probably weren't winning anyway - it's like the lottery
