don't know about out west,but here in Ontario Pro-line doesn't publish the odds or spreads on their sheets anymore.You have to get a seperate printout sheet from the retailer.

These bastards knew that a lot of people just go off of instincts to pick their winners,rather then waiting the few seconds/minutes to get the printout,or getting the odds/spreads on-line before they wager.

Comartin’s bill to change the law and allow single-game gambling has now passed the House of Commons —— very rare for an opposition bill —— and is expected to pass the Senate this fall.

And guess who’s rooting him on?

“British Columbia and Ontario are the two provinces that want this the most —— and B.C. is the more advanced of the two in preparing for it,” the Ontario MP reveals.

The B.C. Lottery Corporation confirms it wants to expand sports gambling in the province, and is itching to let its customers bet on single games.

“This is something our players want,” said lottery corporation CEO Michael Graydon, adding the government’s gambling branch is poised to allow online wagering on single games when the law is changed.

B.C. casinos also want a piece of the action.

“I think it’s great —— gambling and sports, it’s so synonymous,” said Howard Blank, vice-president of Richmond’s River Rock Casino.

“When we have Canucks games on we’re packed to the rafters. So imagine having a nice sports book at the River Rock or the Boulevard Casino. It would be great for us.”

Great for the casinos. Great for government coffers. But would it be great for addicted gamblers?
