Maybe it was the influence of the "Party Gretz" photos of the last few years, but the shots of him on the bench laughing looked to me like someone who got blazed and watched Don Cherry's Rock 'em Sock 'em videos.

I don't expect hitting, but I at least expected some kind of speed. It really is pathetic. I remember being at least somewhat entertained by the all-star game in my youth (mid to late 90s) is that just a bias towards childhood memories? I mean, I seem to remember the All-Star MVP being somewhat of a coveted trophy, now it just means you're a tryhard?
