Sometimes it doesn't matter, he was as disruptive a defensive tackle as i've ever seen, sometimes blowing up the play in the backfield is just as good as tackling the running back.

Most great DE’s were pass-rushers first, you need pass rushers. I think you are just way off base with my LB’s. Lambert is a top 3 MLB. Spikes played mainly in a 4-3. Clay was split. He was like his son, except not as great of pass-rusher, he was actually suited to play in a 4-3 or even a hybrid type of defense.
