I'm not sure Young is eligible, he was drafted by Tampa Bay in 1985 and only played 2 yrs. with them.

If we made say 2011 you can get bargains. Sometimes we make a cutoff year in salary caps bc for example you can get elite WR’s for very cheap

I can def see the argument against 2011 but with going so far back as 2003 you are missing out on entire careers of some goats. No biggie was just wondering
