They are according to ESPN. They give the odds as :

Cowboys +105
WFT +275
Giants +450
Eagles +500

I think I'd put the Eagles ahead of the Giants myself, but guess it's close. Think I agree that the Cowboys look like the favorites.

Yeah, with Dak on the field who would say they're NOT better than the other teams?

Maybe I don't follow the NFC East enough but I like the Giants this year. Offense has Golladay, Toney, and that Penn St RB that people seem to like. Fewer passes to Engram probably means a better team.
Giants have the makings of a really solid defense, too.

It'll come down to 1.) offensive line play and 2.) Daniel Jones taking a next step.

But defense is gonna keep the Giants in a lot of games by itself.

No one has the slightest clue who will win the NFC East at this time.

Dallas will surely be improved on offense if Dak is back. But their defensive has a lot of questions, especially on the defensive line, and was pretty bad last season. They are counting on Dan Quinn to revive it, but that remains to be seen.

I would probably go with WFT because I like Ron Rivera and think they have the makings of a standout defense there.

Eagles could be better than people expect if the offense improves, but probably still a .500 type of team.

I am not sold on the Giants offense and we will have to see if it improves at all this season.

For me it's Daniel Jones. If he doesn't take a step forward then he should be gone. And probably their GM, too.

Daniel Jones isn't a hopeless case... yet.

Dude has absolutely been hamstrung by a crappy overall supporting cast on offense to this point in his career... there's no question on that fact.

If the Giants can somehow manage to stay healthy, this is the first real chance we all get to see if he has "it" or not.

Jones has shown some talent but I am not 100% sold on him. He should have a better surrounding cast this year as others noted, so that should give us a clearer picture. Make or break year for him IMO.

Agreed.

The Giants actually appear to be a (dare I say it) good team this year... (theoretically, anyways)... if Jones is decent, that is.

Proves the point that it's mostly about the QB in the NFL.

I have it Dallas, NY, WFT, Philly however any other order wont shock me. I also think each team is a little better than most are giving them credit for.

I think Dallas should be favored being Dak is by far the better Qb in this division.
In fact how they have the odds is exactly how I would predict this division 1st-4th.
However I wouldnt be surprised if the Skins upset the cowboys for division championship. That defense is by far the best in the division & can make the difference. Fitz while I am sure will make some mistakes & turnovers from time to time. One thing he will do is keep that offense moving. he takes risks, where as the other QBs might keep an offense stale. Less turnovers but probably less points as well.
Definitely the division Champ will be between those two teams.
Giants will be 3rd & Eagles will have to re-evaluate their QB situation. Hurts wont be the answer.

The WFT defense isn't "by far" better than the Giant defense... and the Giants have a better offense than the (former) 'skins.

I would put the giants defense 2nd, but I dont think there is any mistake which is better between the two.
