Question... I know the position requirements question has been answered however, we normally do 12 players giving us the extra CB in case there are spread offenses... If we do 11 straight it's only going to be a base defense, any match where there's a base D vs a spread O is going to give the O a clear advantage but if we're required to pick at least 3 LBs there's no way to choose if you want to roll a Nickle or Dime, only 3-4 or 4-3... Just putting that out there to anger Nos into changing his mind and taking that other job...
Why is that funny i'm serious... Baseball is like Tennis, being good at your craft isn't what makes you the best anymore it's just about power.
It's time MLB baseball make every team move the fences back to 400 down the lines and 450 to center!
I don't follow. Offenses are brutal in MLB these days. Scoring way down. If anything they need to get steroids back in the game.
Scoring is down because everyone is swinging for the fences even players that have no business trying to hit home runs.
Every pitcher throwing at least 95 might have something to do with it too
The Twins have pitchers who throw 95 that don't miss bats. Matter of fact just tonight Ryan Pressly on an 0 - 2 count grooved a 97 mile an hour fastball right down the middle and Jurickson Profar proceeded to lace a single to center scoring the first two runs of the game. Hitters can hit 95 mile an hour fastballs, change in speeds and location have way more to do with it than simply throwing 95. If players stop trying to hit 95 mile an hour fast balls over the fence and rather just tried to go the other way with the pitch there would be much less strikeouts and far better hitting and more runs scored.
This year 13 teams are hitting below .250 in 2001 there were three teams that hit below .250.

I don't think the Twins are a good example When I was growing throwing 95 used to be a big deal. Must starters were low 90s which is now considered slow and 80s weren't uncommon. And the middle of bullpens used to suck and now even those pitchers have great stuff.
