I think this is a great move. Freeman threw for 27 TD's last year and is a major upgrade from Ponder. (IMHO) Also, if for some reason he does flop, TB has to pay the majority of his contract anyway. I believe he will be a shot in the arm for the Vikings and take pressure off of AP. Go Vikes!

LOL, no doubt..
How soon he forgets that the Qb who made the Pack relevant again was a cast-off from the Falcons.. And the defensive lineman who aided Favre in making the Pack a football team again, was a free agent pickup as well.
He might just be one of the guys who was calling for Ted Thompsons head after Rodgers went 6-10 that first season..But hey...whadda ya do?? ;-)
