New Computer, Giroux and superstitions

So, my old computer burst into flames, literaly...there was smoke and stuff melted.

I am finally able to share, with people who know something about the game and who have something worth reading to say....

Claude Giroux is simply AMAZING. Not being a finalist for the MVP, he is hurt by how good a team game the Flyers play, but he is the straw that stirs the drink.

There are several superstitions threads but I will add my $.02. I DVR games even if I am watching live. I only eat leftovers for dinner on game nights and honestly drink too much red wine. The one game I didn't do all of the above, they gave up a 10 spot.

I camre to a realization at the game today when Giroux scored. You know how everyone, myself included, has a huge man crush on 2004 Playoff Primeau?

Giroux is doing that. And he is doing it better.

scrounged leftovers until after the game. Wife has to go upstairs or outside for the game..and I did all of the above.

The wife thinks it is a riot that it works this way, I think she puts the games on upstairs, but we cannot watch together, just doesn't work.

2004 Primeau and 2012 Giroux are on a par with each other..but don't forget that Prim's was one of the biggest, strongest players on the ice as well. Giroux is playing like he is.

You sound like me during the 2010 run. I couldnt live peacefully if something in the status quo was wrong. What you are doing is working man. Keep it up

Hopefully that is our only stinker in this series. It wasn't pretty. Bryz kept the team in it for awhile. I can't think of another way to say it, but we better fucking wake up.

Bill Meltzer summed it up pretty well, when this team throws out a stinker, there is no missing it. On the plus side they tend to follow stinkers with a couple of big effort games.
