Trestman is what every fan wanted. An offensive mind. FTR, this isn't his first stint int the NFL, in fact most his career has been in said league. He was the OC for Oakland when Gannon took em' to the dance. More importantly, he's a former QB coach.

I think he'll do alright.

Let's at least give him a chance before we hang him.



More disheartening to me, is the LOSS of Dave Toub.

Yup. Rod knows that D every bit as well as Lovie. Keep vets like Peanut and Briggs happy.


I hope we don't lose Pep and Lach.

I know they both are aging, but Urlacher seemed to be finally getting back to a semblance of himself before the hammy and Peppers is a still a mutant.

I think to retain them though, they will have to be reasonable and fair as to what their respective salaries should be. I think they should keep Izzy too, but I have a feeling he's a goner, particularly with the emergence of Wooton.

Should be an interesting offseason....come on FA and Draft.
