I don't like Rulk either (cheapest character ever) and yes he should have never lifted the hammer. But this is the 49ers Hulk and I'm going to pretend that it isn't Rulk. My first thought when I saw the pic was "Oh no, its Rulk" but I've since moved on.

Everyone knows I am an Alex Smith fan and the Niners, so I thought about a Smith in his Niners gear AVI, but I feel that would just be bad karma for both. Maybe a Patton AVI (same jersey number, but not Smith)? Maybe a Justin or Aldon Smith would do?
