25 all at half

Webster with 12 points and 4 Boards
Shields picked up two offensive fouls in the 1st minute and a half and hasn't played much.
White has 0 points and 3 turnovers.

Second chance points are a concern.

A moral victory that I'll happily take for the Huskers.

Anyone who thought this young team was going to go on the road and beat a Top 25 team isn't being realistic.

61-65 and in it the entire way? :thumb:

Huskers only had 12 turnovers to their 11, so it's not like Cincy played like shit.

I have a lot of hope for the coin flip games.

Probably get Tennessee tomorrow (11:00 AM) in a winnable game.

5 wins and looks pretty good for 5 more and a couple of coin flips before conference play kicks in.

So you're saying what we almost did was literally unrealistic?

We're a good enough team to beat Cincinnati. Unfortunately, our main man Shavon got into foul trouble and it hurt us big time.

We easily could have won that game, and nothing we did was out of the ordinary. We are a top 50 team or so.

We will make the NIT this season at the very worst.

I wouldn't count us out for the dance just yet though. We are good enough. We showed it tonight.

Like I said, we're a top 50 team. The bad thing is, we play in the best conference in the country. So a top 50 team might translate into a top 100 team by the time it's all said and done in RPI rankings.

White being cold was what killed us

Tai played well tho

White played well in other areas though. Tai literally had the best game of his career.

We can only afford to have Shavon off the court so many times per game. He's our leader and the guys feel comfortable when he's in the game.
