This is everywhere today.

Green Bay Packers called the Patriots yesterday and a swap of 1st Rounders is virtually done.

Packers will get 321 and the Patriots will get #28 and the packers 4th Round pick.

Nothing can be officially completed or anythung else until March 13. This must have hit quick but three mock drafts already have made the changes.

Interesting. I checked the 2022 draft value chart and the values line up if GB trades their 3rd rather than their 4th.

Well the Pats should trade their first round pick and if that can be done twice in round one it should be. There is plenty of depth in rounds 2 and 3 up to round four. I hope the Pats collect picks early on.

Patriots Wire says that Chandler Jones has contacted the Pats. Free agency isn't official until March 16th, but players are not prevented from calling coaches or GMs and seeing if they might be interested.. Teams acnnt contct players and agents cannot contact teamss............supposedly.

I don't see it happening but I'm not going to mock a guy who single handedly delivered a lost Lombardi. Sure he had help, Belichick not panicking and setting up the right alignment... But when all was done he executed and altered history.

Patriots and Panthers are in exploratory talks about WR Robby Anderson. After signing a new contract last year, his production dropped. Of course it wasn't the fact that the Panthers had Darnold at QB for half a season. The Panthers may pick up half of Anderson's salary and right now it looks like the teams may swap third or fourth or the Pats may give their third and get the Panther's fourth. Anderson could be the #1 WR that the Patriots are looking for.

Bill is not happy with Nelson Agholor's attitude or performance and according to Greg Bedard and Mike Reiss, Agholor will be traded or released and his his $15M cap hit will be recovered. He is NOT part of the Panthers discussion.

Even at half of his salary, 2021 $17 million, 2022 $16 million, we'd be on the hook for $16.5 million for a guy coming off a bad year.

Agholor, pre-Patriots looked better than Anderson.

Patriots CB J.C. Jackson told NFL Network's Mike Giardi he wants to be the highest paid corner in the league.​

It was previously reported Jackson wants to be paid as a top-five corner. Jackson is looking to match the $20 million APR Jalen Ramsey got from the Rams in 2020, a deal they could potentially land in free agency. The Patriots aren't expected to franchise tag Jackson, and a tag-and-trade scenario is unlikely. Jackson's chances of returning with the Patriots has been in doubt since the sides broke off talks during the season. The-26-year-old All-Pro is positioned for a massive deal if New England lets him walk.
