Seems to me graduate transfers aren’t the problem. It’s the under class men without degrees that are getting exemptions. That has exploded.

They need to separate the two groups IMO.

If a player graduates, the NCAA shouldn't have the authority to say a damn thing about the kid playing another year. And the only school/team that should have a damn thing to say about it is the one willing to accept the kid.

Undergraduates are a completely separate issue IMO.

There’s a reason for that....

It’s not

It is though.

Because the other school is/was supposed to offer a masters degree that isn't offered by the other school which should in theory limit the amount of times that happens, but for whatever reason it's basically become an afterthought because people have found ways around it.

But I think what @Wild Turkey said in regards to non-graduate transfers exploding is what really needs to be examined. Grad transfers have graduated, so that's not really a big deal. Just get rid of the requirement if they graduated at this point.

If a kid has graduated, and isnt going to start the following season, let them go. address the other major issues, this is a non issue if you ask me.

Make a big deal about a small that effects an insignificant number of people to distract from bigger problems. This sounds familiar.
