Since some may be wondering...........yes an 8-8 record with a couple wins in the Big 12 tournament usually looks good.
But that's not good enough for us unfortunately.............we just lost to the 148th ranked RPI team in the country............which goes down as a bad bad bad loss.
Nebraska can only make the tournament now by winning their last 2 games over Missouri and Colorado of course................and then making it all the way to the Championship game in the Big 12 tournament. Winning 2 games in the Big 12 tournament won't be enough. We wouldn't need to win the Championship game........but obviously making it there would be one hell of a feat for the Huskers.
