Yeah, but it sucked all the energy from the team. Seemed like everyone lamented over JR instead of focusing on overtime. The game was 0-0 at that point.

Completely agree, buts some of that's on them too.

Honestly this feels a lot like how Game 1 probably felt for the Raptors. That game demoralized them and they never really recovered in the series.

Hopefully Cavs prove themselves mentally stronger than that and harness the frustration into positive energy rather than let it crush them.

To be fair, looking back at it, he had already left the bench before the altercation. There had been a foul call and then an ejection. Teams were going back to their benches, both benches were standing just like they would in any timeout situation.

When the altercation started, the coaching staff grabbed Love and pulled him back. I really doubt it will come to anything.

Love was the only Cavs player off the bench. Again, you're on the bench and not in the game at the moment, why are you out on the court after a foul call?

What a missed opportunity

this can go 1 of 2 ways

the Cavs can get some confidence that they were in it

or fall apart because they blew such a big opportunity.

I have no clue which way it goes.


What a blown opportunity--- on the other hand- its clear that the Cavs can hang with them.

Oh it's all bad for the Cavs. The look on LeBrons face right after? Does anyone on the team still want JR there?

And no it doesn't mean they can hang with them. Durant sucked, Iggy was out, LeBron went nuts, Love contributed, and they lost. Just because it was close don't mean shit, this series is over in 5.

But this isnt news. We knew he would be. He had one of the best Finals games in history and they lost.
