Ritz has got a great team. But Nos at every position matches up well with his players. His biggest mismatch is Shaq but Nos has Dwight to matchup with him physically. Shaq will still get his but Nos wins this one in a tight one.

This is a toss up, and I had these two nearly dead even overall. I think Ritz has a slightly better starting unit due to the Shaq-Howard matchup, but I think Nos has a much stronger bench. The Big O and a slightly stronger 1-12 give a tight, 7 game series to Nos at the buzzer. I could see this one going either way

This is basically my reasoning. Two very good teams but I feel while like you said Ritz has a bit of an edge down low due to Shaq/Dwight...Nos has more to throw at you down low off the bench and I am just not real thrilled about Gordan Hayward being the lone bench option at SF.

Real close but one of the best PG's all time will close it out when the bigs eventually wear them down.

Seriously great squads.

I'll keep it simple, I love Ritz's team, always loved Shaq and Stockton and a big fan of McAdoo but I believe I have the stronger bench. I hate voting against Ritz's teams because it means so much to him but I think the doctor and the glide flying around is too much...

Seriously that's 3 people who said they love my starters but chose Nos's bench as the decider. Stockton is #1 of all time in Steals & Assists, Miller is the #2 3PT shooter of all time. Shaq can handle Howard. That would be ugly if both those guys wound up on the free throw line. Durant and McAdoo bring so much to the table. I shouldn't be surprised that I am getting slaughtered again in a so called close matchup.

I don't think people saying one team has a slight edge means you are getting blown out.

Stockton has most assists and steals of all time but he's not close to the player Robertson was IMO.

Like I tried to say, it sucks when someone with such a good team has to lose in the first round. BUT as it stands you could be the highest scoring team who lost in round 1 so your draft isn't over...

I meant I am getting blown out in the voting. How can I have a slight lead but also receive 0 votes?

This is where I get upset... If we are going individual talent or who has the better deck then Ritz should be winning... But here is my probablem... You can't grab talent and say here you go I win unless that's what we are doing... The fact Nos is winning says that's not the case...

Stockton is a BEAST... But he is a PnR PG... It's like the LT thing in football... You can't have Stockton and not play him in a PnR system... And Shaq is NOT a PnR kinda guy, at least not dominating Shaq... First 3 years Shaq he could do it but dominating Shaq wanted the ball on the block... Also D12 is to block happy to stop Shaq... He'd foul out by half time... McAdoo isn't a PnR player either... I think Ritzs team would be much better with a different PG actually...

But then you look at Nos's team and Glide and DrJ running with the Big O is beautiful... Hayes loved the high post... Howard could set screens for the wings and so they could catch lobs, then fake the screen and catch lobs... Big Os versatility makes this team better, but Shaq keeps it close on offense...

I think Nos's bench is set to continue the machine and adds some extra shooting when in... I think the mismatch of Stocktons skill set wastes his effectiveness but Shaq keeps it a series, and gives Nos a 7 game series...
