I'm a little more rational than some here. They have an amazing offense, solid starting pitching, and some good arms in the bullpen largely having a rough start. I'm not going to lose my mind over their third loss of the season. If you want to flip out about their third loss, I don't know what to tell you.

everytime Kapler is forced to actually manage, he fails miserably at it. Trash bullpen aside, leaving Nola in the game too long was a joke. His no idea what roles these guys have is a joke. Not having atleast one of either RObertson or Neshek available at all times is paramount

theres absolutely no excuse for both of those guys to not be available at same time. You're god damn TWO BEST RELIEVERS (on paper atleast), and they are unavailable Thats fucking shit managing

That’s a little harsh. It’s early. The dopes who blew it tonight can get better, possibly. Gabe can’t stick with only the relievers who have seen early success. Very annoying loss, though.

I don't understand why they don't have a foul pole camera in this day and age. I don't think there is any way it lands so far foul that close to the pole and stayed fair.

There are maybe two balls a season that get that high by the foul poles. Probably not worth the cost relative to how many balls the foul poles can't help call right.

Don’t love this game. I don’t blame to “Gabe worriers” much on this one. But I’ll be interested to see how he addresses. He gets the barrel on this one. And that happens with great managers too. It’s the adjustments that get made.

As for the team....adjustments too. We should be able to feast again on Hellickson and pen today. Question is how can Pivetta do against a jazzed up Nats offense?

I would guess the Phils will lose 65 games (+/- 5) this year. We simply we can't win them all. Even post-game, on-field whippings of responsible culprit(s) would not kill losses.
