I am doing the SportsHoopla 2nd Annual NFL Mock Draft and I am the Redskins GM. I traded away our #5 pick and our 7th rd pick for the Saints #13, #31 and their 2-5th round picks. I could have gotten a even better deal but the rule of 100pt difference per value chart was in place. Tomorrow starts the draft.

I cant believe you guys still think MM is going to get to #5. If Tenn doesn't take him then the team that trades with Tenn or JAx will take him. There is a better shot that Williams will be there at #5 instead of MM. If MM goes #2 or #3 the pick is going to be Fowler.

I wouldn't have a problem with Williams at all. How ever is I don't know what scenario I would like better.
Redskin drafting
A) #5 Leonard Williams DE (really makes us have a nasty D-Line)
B) Andrus Peat- OT & Landon Collins- SS (2 Starting players is always better then 1. Especially since they are positions of need)

Ritz is a bad question b/c we will not get the two first round pick trade offer. The only way we would get Williams is if MM goes #2 and Jax somehow thinks Fowler is a better player than Williams and the Raiders take a WR. But if the Raiders are on the clock at #4 with Williams on the board, I'm sure they will get trade offers or just take him themselves.


Now if it goes the 2 qb's, Fowler, then Williams and we stay at #5, who do we take? There is no player that a team will trade up for. So we have Beasley, Waynes, Scherff and Cooper to chose from. Huge decision. Thoughts?
