Don't think Miller last that long, honestly.

Also not sure LB is the biggest need. Ironically, even with Dre and Dennard in the wings, another CB could be in the offing. While Jones is resigned, he is older, and frankly Dre sucks, and we have no clue about Dennard since he's basically played in 6 games in 2 years.

In a passing league, I don't think you can have enough good CB/DB's.

If you are going to pass on a WR in round 1, I think the edge goes to a DB.

I honestly do not think so. Pacman, Dre, Dennard, Shaw, Lewis-Harris, Iloka, Williams, Smith

Then you add in Killebrew and Burns as projects who both have physical skillsets, Killebrew is big and fast, Burns has a little bit of height for his position, but runs a 4.35 - 40. Raw skills to be harnessed.

I really think LB is a great need with our LB's getting hurt so much, and Lee has a nose for the ball. You put three good (Maualuga) to great (Burfict, Lee) behind our defensive line and some quality secondary, our defense is that much greater.

You make the defense lights out, and then you make the offense seem that much better. We will win a playoff game because of our defense, so that is what we want to build up and OLB seems like the biggest key to that puzzle that could help us right away from this draft.

Braxton Miller has size and speed, but he has had one year of major college football at WR, and while he made some great plays, he disappeared in some games as he was not getting separation and his routes were sloppy at times. I don't think an NFL team invests any kind of first round pick on him, but when you start getting into the second round, he becomes more viable, and I think middle to end of 2nd is where he comes off the board based solely on raw skillset (size and speed), because his production as a WR is slim and not noteworthy at this point.

I don't disagree, but you do have to realize that the days of defenses using 3 LB's as the primary defense is long gone. Most teams' base defense is now nickle.

Also, CB has been another position of injury, and while it would be nice to add that depth at LB, you do still have the kid from last year from TCU as well as Hawk behind Rey, Ray, and Burfict. Behind Adam Jones you have Dre and Dennard....neither of which you can really rely on. If injury hits Pac-Man, that secondary is awful at the CB spot.

Braxton will be gone by the time the Bengals pick in the 2nd round, and I don't see them moving up. So, unless they trade down in the 1st round, it won't happen anyway.

Anyway you slice it, though, I think WR is a big need. You're one injury to AJ away from starting guys like Tate as your #1. Can't happen.
