5 must-win games for the Redskins in 2019

see my take is pretty simple , all NFC games are must wins because the directly play a role in playoff tie breaking formulas

so bears , vikes packers, lions 49ers panthers and the nfc east

we need to be 4-2 in the east , 4-2 vs the balance of the nfc , and go about

and at least 2-2 vs the AFC

Yeah a win would be great but if Cousin's lit the Skins up I would have a laugh and do coach's mic drop. I think the Skins defensive front can get pressure. Vikings are completely remaking their OLine after a bad year last year. Zimm will probably have the Viking D playing well by week 8. As usual injuries to either team can change all of that.

Just like how Skins fans are (incorrectly) portrayed as only caring about Cowboys game - I take the same approach here in that regard. If the Vikings were to destroy the Redskins yet the Redskins had a winning record & maybe made the playoffs I would be absolutely fine with that scenario.

Sounds fair enough. However if they fall short yet show promise (especially with the younger players) I will not feel too bad. I don't think it should be all about the upcoming season. Don't get me wrong - I would love to see them do well in 2019, but there are still holes that need to be addressed. I certainly feel better about this team than I did at the close of last season.

Having said that beating the Bears & Vikings might be tough, but they certainly should have a shot vs. Packers, Lions, 49ers & Panthers. One of my main wishes is that they stay relatively healthy - we will see.

if healthy , the only team i feel we cant compete with is the pats . the rest we have a decent shot at winning . we wont win them all for certain , but i think we have a good chance to do so if we are healthy

again i think we can make the playoffs . if we dont we can still keep building , but i am not in any way shape or form writing off this year at this point

and i also dont think its a waste if we make the playoffs and get bounced out early either . our young guys getting a taste of the intensity , the pressure and experience of playoff football is invaluable . and we can get a good player later , as haskins and sweat attest to . and if we make it those 2 guys good be keys
