Yep, dude is awesome. He's got a shit ton of projects. If you go to his record label (Ipecac Records), he has collaborations with a ton of people as well as his own solo stuff.

I am in the process of shopping on piratebay for some of his later work. Patton is one of my fav all time lead singer/vocals. I read also he did the voices for the creatures on I Am Legend.

Yep. He does a lot of shit. One of my favs as well. If you like weird heavy shit, check out "Irony Is A Dead Scene" by Dillinger Escape Plan. Patton did the vocals on that album while they were between vocalists. I wish he stayed with them.
