Julio is finding his groove and raking. The Mariners need to seriously consider having him bat in the 2 hole and bumping Tyler France to the cleanup spot. Frazier - Julio - Crawford - France should be our top 4 in the line-up. Yea that leaves a bunch of sub .200 hitters at the bottom of the line-up, but hopefully 1-2 of them improve.

Having Skunk head Suarez batting cleanup is a mistake. he simply does not put the ball in play often enough to advance or drive in base runners. I think he needs to be around 6-7 hole. Winker should bat 5 hole behind France.

So France obviously isn't being left behind due to vaccination status, as someone speculated. I don't see Frazier in the lineup, but that could also be a scheduled day off.

I had speculated it... I was listening to the Mike Salk show and they had Jeff Passan on and he's the one who speculated it was France due to Ford being a 1B...

No doubt. Flexen had thrown 7 straight balls and he’s talking about stupid things. How about Tom about the fact that flexes at 92 pitches and he’s thrown 7 straight balls
