And it's done.... Apparently the Easter show in Radio City Music Hall was the reason.

Now we'll have an extra month of over-analysis of prospects and even less time for them to actually practice with their new clubs before the season begins. It doesn't make any sense at all.

Along with this, they should go ahead and remove those two preseason games, make them regular season games, that way everyone in the division has the same strength of schedule, minus the home vs. away matchups, and we are golden. Keep playoffs as they are. Since they are losing an extra month of practicing with the team, add one week to the training camps for players to gel and get used to each other.
