I'm curious why some have never seen any godfather movies? The original Godfather is on many top 10 lists of best movies.

Mafia movies or shows just don’t really do it for me. I tried watching The Sopranos but just couldn’t get into it.

I might watch one and maybe two one of these days as I’m not opposed to giving it a chance.
A lot of people also say Casablanca was one of the best ever. While I enjoyed it, I don’t see it as the best movie ever.

Mafia movies or shows just don’t really do it for me. I tried watching The Sopranos but just couldn’t get into it.

I'm the opposite; I love Mafia/Crime Dramas. After Horror and Comic Book it's my favorite genre. Yet like you I don't like The Sopranos. I tried giving it a go two times and found it so dull I couldn't make it past the first season each time. I really don't get why so many hail it as the "greatest show ever?" No Breaking Bad I agree with! I watched the full Monty twice and rewatch it again. Even The Shield, which I'm viewing for the second time, surpasses The Sopranos and can at least see why so one would say it's the best ever.

I've seen none of the ones in bold and I'm not even sure what Purge or Cars are? Is Purge the one where there's 1 day a year where the law allows for murder/anything goes? If so, I did see 1 of those. No clue about Cars though.
