Be careful. South Carolina fans are really testy. Not only did they get shut out by the French in the Belk Bowl and Clemson won another national title beating the SEC champs but their marketing department rolled out this new cutting edge logo for the school this week.

What makes it so bad is not that it looks like a 3rd grader worked it up on MS Paint or even the fact that they paid a marketing firm to create it when they have both a marketing and graphic design program in-house, or the fact that since the marketing firm is from Ohio it proves that absolutely nothing good comes from that Godforsaken state........it's the fact that the new logo admits that Dabo was right.

There’s a lot of rivalries out there. This is more of a domination. And that’s a fact. My kids’ grandkids won’t live long enough to ever see this really become a rivalry.

“They ain’t Alabama. They ain’t LSU. And they’re certainly not Clemson. That’s why Carolina’s in Chapel Hill and USC’s in California and the university in this state always has been, always will be Clemson.” - Dabo Swinney

I don't buy that at all. You're just doing a workaround of saying that UGA didn't want to be there, especially when you later say Texas has no talent. I didn't see that in the game. It was the Sugar Bowl. UGA hasn't had the success to where the Sugar Bowl would be something the players wouldn't get up for. Georgia didn't play extremely sloppy or undisciplined against Texas. They just got manhandled in the trenches on both sides of the ball. Texas had slow methodical drives that just kicked Georgia's ass. That Deliverance looking kid Ehlinger reminded everyone of Tebow beating your guys up (which is great after Fromm talked all that shit). I think it was more than just wanting it more, Texas was just the much better team.

I think UGA was unfairly propped up by the media (especially Herbstreit). They played 4 tough games, and lost 3 of them, two badly. I just think UGA was a good team, but overrated, but came up against a more physical football team. Alabama was awesome, and definitely not overrated. But they did come up against a better football team, and it just so happened to coincide with some crazy mistakes, which led Saban to panic. A lot of teams have done that. Both teams played better teams and lost. That's not really disgraceful.

South Carolina's absolutely was. I actually root for the gamecocks in their bowls, despite how insufferable 95% of their fans are. But that was absolutely pathetic. They played a lot of really close games this years, and could have been a 9 or 10 win team easy. This should have been a good game at worse, and I thought Carolina would easily win. Virginia had a good defense (#20 nationally). But Carolina had the 25th best passing offense. But everyone choked in that game. Bentley threw 42% of his passes complete with 2 picks. UVA only had the 47th best rush defense, but held Carolina to 43 yards rushing. UVA is not in the top 50 in any category on offense. However, their very mediocre QB completed 71% of his passes for 208 yards and 3 touchdowns. They added more than 200 on the ground. Not only was Carolina horrendous on both sides of the ball, but they let Deebo on the field. Their leader the whole year was walking around on the sideline in sweatpants. That's a massive distraction, and a stupid move for Muschamp. That was a disgraceful performance.

I’ll go with Bama. No excuse to lose by 28.

Oh yeah, Texas still sucks and Neil can clamp jumper cables on his nipples and see if he can make sparks.

Gotta be SCAR. Getting blanked is as disgraceful as it gets in a bowl game, especially against UVA. UGA had no business being in the playoff and was never one of the 4th best teams; all Texas did was show the country why UGA had no business in the playoff; no shame there. Bama was just whipped by the best team in the country. Clemson would destroy every single team in the SEC and any other conference by a worse score, so no shame in Bammer losing the way they did. SCAR hands down.......

SoCar aptly demonstrated that they are Capons.
UGA's crumpled paper towel performance after trash talkin' like bitches is arguably in character.
Bama getting whooped is the real whipped creme topping on the season.

You can find it in the dictionary, next to futility, in the urban dictionary next to ass whoopin', and in the history books next to Poland's 1939 air force.

Same number as Texas (aka Maryland’s bitch) seasons with fewer than 4 losses since 2010.

Do either have as many 5-star players as Bama and UGA?

I never said Clemson and Texas don't have talent and I never said anything negative about either. I simply stated that Bama and UGA shitting the bed that bad with that much talent was, IMO, completely unacceptable.

Personally, i believe it was the Georgia game. Not because they lost, but all the shit talking by not only the players and fans but the media and sports casters as well.

South Carolina was a decent team but not all that good. Although they laid a fat egg and can be seen as a complete disaster it really is not out of reality for that game. SC just wasnt that good this year.

Alabama got stomped pretty good, but anyone who follows and understands football could see after the OU/Bama game that it was a real possibility Clemson would put a beating on Bama. Bama's defense is really good, but they cant stop a high powered offense the whole game, proven when OU put up 34 points up on a team that barely gave up more than 17 all season. Bama's defense kept OU's offense at bay at first, but as time went on OU's Offense adapted and started putting points on the board. Deference in Clemson and OU is Clemson has a good defense, OU defense is like a bunch of toddlers running around chasing a ball. Clemson's defense is fast and strong and was able to keep Bama from scoring to much, even tho bama gained a lot of yards, when it came down to points Clemson was able to stop them in their tracks. Although even i expected a more even match Clemson did what i kinda felt could happen.

Then there is Georgia. Great team, very good defense, offense a little on the mediocre side but still good enough to get the job done. However, Texas walked in with a mediocre offense, decent defense, and punched Georgia in the mouth. The fact it was the most disgraceful in my opinion is the fact that a good majority of the fans as well ass the team and all the talking heads said they deserved to be in the playoff game over ND and OU. After all the trash talking and people saying Georgia should be in the playoffs they went and got beat by the second best team in the Big12.
