Let's get away from all the negativity for now. Until Monday, at least. What's the greatest, or your most favorite, play you've ever seen from a Detroit Lion?

I'll start.

Matthew Stafford's throw to Kris Durham against the Cowboys last year. Stafford didn't play well the entire game. Calvin pretty much put the offense on his back.

But Stafford won that game. He made 3 back to back to back plays. The starter being a long throw, on a rope, fit perfectly in between 2 defenders, to Durham in stride on the sideline. Best throw I've ever seen from a Detroit QB, bar none.

Degree of difficulty: off the charts.

Execution: Perfect.

I'll have to think for a bit on that one. Stafford's seperated shoulder game-winner against Cleveland has to be right up there. CJ's TD catch against a triple-team in Dallas was pretty awesome, too. That was a wild game. My tv remote may or may not have exploded against the wall at one point in that one...

I also remember a game from the late-90's/early 2000's that we won on a last-second bomb to Eddie Drummond, if I'm not mistaken...

The Cleveland game ended up being a drunken fiasco. Free drinks the remainder of the night as the number 5(the amount of TD's Stafford threw) echoed throughout the establishment.

The Dallas game last year was very close to equally satisfying as I exchanged jawing with Cowboy fans through the first 3 1/2 quarters. My wife an I were the only Lions fans in the place outside of representation from the other 3 NFCE rivals fanbases. I am loud. Perhaps obnoxious at times. The pitty in their face was absolutely Priceless!

Welcome back. What are your favorites within the last 5-10 years?

Jahvid Bests 77 yard(I think that's how long it was) dump off pass for a TD against the Eagles during the opener 5 or 6 years ago or whatever it was. So much hope for things to come came with that play.

Kevin Smith's huge day against Carolina 3-4 years ago. 10-12 of us from the school I taught at came to the game in our Short Bus. Partied the entire way, the entire day. We had top row end zone seats(my favorite place in Ford Field, there's a walkway behind you, room galore.) and Rita passed out by halftime, missed an awesome game.

And the Monday Nighter against the Bears. Loudest sporting event Ive ever been too. Cutty couldn't even hear himself not give a shit.

Any time barry touched the ball it was unbelievable. I would take any one of his runs as my favorite play. Just amazing. Sad day in lions history when he retired. Best RB of all time, dont think the NFL will ever see a RB like him again.

That's not much of a consolation. That's like saying I killed 100 people but Hitler was worse so....

Still think Roary holds the title with the Jamal Charles tackle. The Lions highlight on opening day two years ago. Just not much to be happy about when were talking 1990s or earlier.
