I remember all the heat 9er fans were taking last year for violence like this article here:

When it turns out that violence is becoming pandemic regardless of the location now and it's just that all big cities have gangs and bad things happen when you get too many gang bangers fueled with booze and adrenaline in a mostly dimly lit area with little to no security.
